Gap’s sexy boyfriend jeans.

Boyfriend Jeans: Gap.   Striped Shirt: French Connection via Marshalls.  Sweater/Tights: Target. Shoes: Jessica Simpson via Ross. Purse: Thrifted.  Brooch: made by me.

The two oldest littles both lost a tooth in the last 2 days.  The tooth fairy has been frequenting our house as of late.  I tell you, when littles decide to start growing up, they do it with a vengeance.  In some ways it makes me want to lay down on the floor and cry “Noooooo!”  On the other hand, Hannah lost one of her top front teeth and when she talks now she gets this accidental lisp, which is cute on a whole different level.  So littles getting bigger isn’t all bad.
Speaking of the littles…
They are big fans of my new orange tights.  If I was a kid though, I think I would want my mom to wear tights like this too. Because really, life just isn’t as fun when your legs aren’t orange.  Plus, I’ve decided that there is nothing warmer than wearing a pair of tights underneath your pants.  And it makes boyfriend jeans possible during a Seattle winter.
Speaking of boyfriend jeans, if you are a fellow petite, you know that finding a great pair of boyfriend crops is a nightmare.  This pair is divine.  Seriously, hightail it into your local Gap, because they are selling like hotcakes. Soft, comfy, just the right amount of slouchy, but still fitted enough to avoid looking like a frump.  I’m in love.  But that also might have something to do with the fact that I had to exchange the petite pair I ordered online for the regular inseam because they were just a little too short.
That. Has. Never. Happened. Before.
It made me feel so tall.
Awesome.
Size reference for petites: I originally ordered the 24/00P and they were just a little too short.  24/00 in regular gave me the perfect length.  The waist is a bit roomier than I wanted, but manageable.  Other than that, I’m crazy about these jeans.
