I’ve probably worn this exact outfit four times in the last 3 weeks.  If you do the math, that means I haven’t been very creative.

This waterfall cardigan made me do it.

What goes into your ideal fall uniform?

Mine pretty much consists of good denim, boots (or booties) and some kind of cozy sweater.  I love sweaters.  And this year I’m really loving the waterfall, drapey sweaters you see everywhere.  I’d like to add some plaid versions to my closet, and I may even cave and purchase a poncho.  (I never thought I would see myself write those words…)

These jeans are a semi-recent purchase (within the last month or so) and they are so, so comfortable. I bought them 2 sizes up so they’d give me more of a slim boyfriend fit, and I’m so glad I did.

So, it’s Friday!  What are you all doing this weekend?  We’ve got football games, and date night; we’re heading to the Washington State Fair which finishes out this weekend, and our Hawks are playing this weekend– let’s hope they pull it together again for this game, because the last two weeks have been disappointing season openers…
