Tunic. Bag. Similar wedges. similar jeans.
This outfit was a bit of a step outside the typical for me, but when I spotted the white BELLE+SKY long button down tunic, I just about died. Preppy boho, was the first thought that came to my mind. I think we should make that a thing… I love a great crisp white structured top, and the tunic spin just made it so chic and surprising, I was doing cartwheels when it fit. It’s super lightweight so I’m stoked because it will work great all summer and I love the way it looks paired with some distressed denim and a pair of nude wedges. Just a simple chic summer look.
I’m a color lover, that’s no secret, but during these warmer months I am all about crisp whites and cool blues. Since it’s too warm to really layer, which is my go-to method for finishing an outfit, I go with my fall back to get the job done: accessories. Simple chic pieces like this tunic don’t need much; this easy blue Liz Claiborne cross body bag and a couple understated pieces of jewelry do the trick. When I’m in the mood for a little more, adding lightweight scarves, hats, and of course a fun polish color work wonders to take an otherwise basic outfit to the next level.
How do you polish off your outfits in the summer months?
