Summer evenings are one of my favorite things about the season, especially here in Seattle where there’s one charming thing or another to do virtually every night of the week. One of my favorites is taking a walk down on the docks at Kirkland during Market day and then grabbing a bite to eat at one of the great little places nearby. On a casual evening out with my husband, I love to put on a pretty skirt and top or dress and then pair it with some fun and quirky summer sandals from Kate Spade. It makes walking around town so much easier but still adds a fun pop to my outfit.
It’s no secret that my love for Kate Spade runs deep, especially in the handbag and shoe department. I’ve been carrying this bag pretty much daily (it goes with everything!) and I just added these fun Charlie sandals to my closet this week. Every season I swoon over Kate Spade’s shoe line and their sandal game is seriously strong this summer. So many fun beautiful pairs.

I love KS’s celebration of whimsy and color. It reminds me of my late grandmother and pairs so well with Lilly Pulitzer! I’m most looking forward to shopping for stone fruits at my local farmer’s market this summer.

What’s not to love about Kate Spade?!? Their aesthetic is perfect, their colors are so vibrant, and their customer service is spot on!
I am not a long-time customer of Kate Spade, but ever since I got my first bag last summer, my collection has steadily gotten bigger and bigger (I even pulled my mom and sister into a Kate Spade store, and now they’re both hooked)!

Kate Spade was my very first “big girl” purse brand, so thinking of this brand evokes a lot of mixed but mainly happy emotions for me. Looking at my first Kate Spade purse, I remember the thrill of becoming a working girl and buying a bunch of business suites, the nervousness of whether or not I would do a good job, the sadness of graduating and never seeing most of my classmates ever again, the fear of the unknown, and the happiness that I would now be able to embark on the next adventure.
