Happy Thanksgiving everyone!  Don’t you just love this holiday?!  I was up till 2 am baking pies and dinner rolls and cinnamon rolls, and I don’t even mind.  My kitchen smells amazing, the turkey’s currently baking, and my kids are all cuddled up on the floor of our loft with my brother watching the parade.  Happy, happy.

Here’s a little look at my Thanksgiving outfit.  I decided to dress to match our black and gold thanksgiving table, because I’m a nerd basically.  The black and gold striped party skirt from our new boutique, Sixth & Alder was the perfect choice.  A-line with pleats, side pockets and black and metallic gold stripes, this skirt works perfectly through the whole holiday season and beyond.
