You guys, January kind of sucks (I know this), but towards the end of the month, I really start seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. February is fun. Valentine’s Day is fun, and the anticipation of an upcoming February makes the end of January a little sweeter. I start feeling like wearing things with hearts on them, and making cookies again, and buying pink flowers at the market. All these pretty bright cheerful things and we still have snow in the mountains! It’s kind of the greatest.
This fun fair isle sweater is perrrrfect for February, especially Valentine’s day and we just restocked it in every size!

I just discovered your blog and I love it. Unlike al to of fashion bloggers you wear a lot of stuff that is great quality but also affordable. I love a good expensive piece just like the next gal (bags, shoes, jewellery) but let’s be honest, we all can’t afford luxury labels all the time. Anyway, I digress. I am on the hunt for Hunters..I love the red but considering I am only planning to purchase one pair, would you suggest going black so that they go with more? How often to do you wear your red ones over the black ones? The red ones are so darn cute, but the practical me has me leaning towards black. I’m in Canada and winter is still going on pretty fierce here, so looking to buy them before spring. Thanks!
thank you Shelley! Such a tough question. I love my versatile hunters because, like you said, they go with everything. But my red ones are probably my favorite and I’ve been so pleasantly surprised by how many things they go with, and how often I wear them. Plus I just love the pop they add to every outfit.
