Three things:
1. You are all going to think I’m a wimp, but it was so cold yesterday. I actually had to get out a coat. That’s the first time I’ve had to do that in Arizona this year. I didn’t even include one in the 30 for 30, but Kendi said outerwear doesn’t count so, I guess I’m good.
2. I finally finished painting my bedroom last night, at about 1am. It always takes me about 3 weeks to get big painting jobs done. Especially when I only have 2 hours here or there to work on them. And while I’m on the subject of painting. I never realize how big a room is until I’m faced with the daunting task of painting the walls. I can now confirm that my room is huge.
3. I’m taking my boys to the cheap theaters (really high-class, I know) to see Megamind with a friend today. That movie is so hilarious, I’m actually excited. Don’t worry, I’m not one of those mommies that thinks every kid movie is “darling.” I despise most of them, enduring them like a martyr so my kids will be happy. I am genuinely happy when one of them comes out that I can actually enjoy. By the way, Tangled is absolutely darling, in case you were wondering…

Although it is hard for me to feel bad for you since we are in the middle of an ice storm here (jk) I understand that it is no fun to be cold!!! We really are in the middle of an ice storm, but I do still feel bad for you :)
Your coat is adorable so at least you had the opportunity to sport it once this winter!! I’m so anxious for summer…even if it is a HOT one!
