In my head, and on Polyvore this outfit looked quite exciting. In real life, meh. Whatever. Not everything translates fabulously to real life.
Like how Mr. Husband and I thought it would be really fun to play soccer in the back yard and have a BBQ picnic on the patio. In real life, both boys whined a lot about not getting enough turns with the ball and we all ate way too much fry sauce with our sweet potato fries.
The night was magical, nonetheless, and my friend told me it’s nice to see me in just a t-shirt and jeans sometimes. Everything works out in the end.
ps. Isn’t the mini picnic table Mr Husband built for the munchkins, like the cutest thing ever? They love it a lot.
