bragging rights.

Please indulge me for a moment as I pat myself on the back.

For coming up with the pattern for Hannah and Carter’s Harry Potter and Hermione robes right out of my head and not making a single mistake.  No, not one adjustment had to be made.  Go me.

And for being smart enough to just buy Ethan’s Star Wars costume instead of trying to figure out how the “H” to make him a storm trooper costume.  He was just as happy as the other two, even if he was the odd ball of the bunch.

I had great plans for a costume for myself.  Fabulous plans I tell you, for me and Mr.  Instead I spent my time frantically finishing these little ensembles and went Trick-or-Treating as a tired mommy.

It was so worth it.

Great work. I also would have purchased the storm trooper costume. It’s great that each kiddo got to be what (s)he wanted to be.

I too whipped up a robe. My oldest boy was Draco Malfoy. I almost didn’t make his costume because he was sick. However, that day I decided that I better do it. He could be dressed up in the house. If you have time come check out our little costume. http://rocknregalia.blogspot.com/2011/10/all-dressed-up-and-no-where-to-go.html
