I’m back. I’d like to pretend that I have a heap of stuff to catch up on from my weekend away, but in truth, Mr. pretty much left the house perfect. This is why I married that man. He’s perfection.
Instead of catching up on laundry, I’m going to hit the grocery store and smooch on my babies all day. Because I really missed them.
And I’m going to introduce you to Abbey, from Along Abbey Road. Cutest little momma-to-be ever.

Hello, dears!
I am Abbey from Along Abbey Road and I am so excited to meet all of you here at La Vie Petite! Isn’t Cori the best?
Allow me to introduce myself. I always like learning random facts about people, because I am a random person. Here it goes:
1) I measure 5’2″…not as teeny weeny as Cori, but I still have a hard time reaching the top shelf without use of a step stool.
2) You can accurately dub me a DIY addict and bargain-hunter. That’s pretty much what I do with 90% of my spare time.
3) My favorite holiday is Christmas. And yes, I am that person who starts listening to Christmas music and watching Christmas movies the day after Halloween!
4) My highest Scrabble score to date is 374. I am not sure if I should be proud of that or bowing my head in shame, but I am a nerd and love anything involving words.
5) Last, but definitely not least, I have been married to The Mister for 2.5 years and we are expecting our first little handsome in January! We are ridiculously excited.
Now you know me a little better! I am so excited to get to know all of you too! Let’s be friends, shall we?
