another era.

Sometimes I feel like I should have been born in a different era.

Dress: Old Navy.  Cardi: Downeast Basics.  Shoes: c/o Cents of Style.  Necklace: The Loft. Tights: Ross??

One where they wore silk dresses and shoes with buckles, and hats, and tights with a seam in the back and carried handkerchiefs instead of tissues, and women were ladies.

And there was no such thing as reality TV.

1946.  That’s where I belong.

  19. I think you’re speaking for a lot of us, Cori! Love the forties, but I would want to go ALL the way back to the Roaring Twenties – hot jazz music, brilliant literature, and a fashion revolution for women. Love those flapper dresses! Thanks for keeping things beautiful!!
