hidden talent.

Tie Blouse: Jason Wu for Target.  Cardi: Nordstrom Rack.  Skirt: Made by me.  Belt: Thrifted.  Shoes: Jessica Simpson via Ross.

Check out how fabulously wrinkled my skirt is.  This is what clothes really look like when you’ve been sitting in church for 3 hours, with a kid on your lap for part of it.  I’m starting to second guess my fabric choice on this skirt.  Note to self: linen looks super wrinkly the second you do anything in it. (disclaimer: this in no way changes my undying admiration for my white linen pants.)

Also, I don’t know if you can tell but one side of my hair went completely flat and stringy yesterday.  Please tell me I’m not the only one who has two different heads of hair.  One side holds curl, has a lot of body, and likes to get super frizzy.  The other side is smoother, flatter and won’t hold curl.  I have the ability to wear two different hairstyle simultaneously.  Multitasking hair, that’s my hidden talent.  It’s kind of a big deal.

  2. YES – my right side will not hold curl for the life of me but my left will. Super annoying. Love the pink and yellow though – such a great spring look!

  6. My hidden talent- since having babies- is foot growth! I would rather have hair drama. You don’t have to squeeze your hair into shoes.

I have hair like that, too! One side curls nicely naturally, and the other one is just kind of wavy and frizzy. SO annoying. I love the skirt! Mustard is my favorite. :)
