Hannah turned 8 last week.
It was kind of a big deal.
I know the little only looks about 6, but she’s earned every single one of those years.
In honor of her 8th annual we threw her a little pink lemonade party, wherein I learned two things:
1. 9 eight-year-old little girls can make a lot of noise.
and 2. I am a total klutz.
About half-way through the party I dropped our camera and totally smashed one of our lenses.
Not my finest moment.
(I blame pregnancy clumsiness.)
Despite the rather expensive collateral damage, the festivities where a hit, both among the guests and the birthday girl.
Little brother even decided to forego a play date at the park with friends and lunch at Subway in order to attend.
It was that awesome guys.
Pat me on my mama back.
Happy Birthday little lady! She’s an absolutely doll and props to you for a gorgeous birthday party!
WOW! That looks like a fun party! Happy Birthday Hannah!
little brother even gave up Subway to attend.. haha! It musta been a good party! I love the colors, theme and decorations- totally adorable :)
Can’t wait to see her baptism pics!!
okay this little party is the cutest thing, ever. happy birthday, hannah!!
What an adorable party! Love the colors!
BTW. Did I miss something or did you forget to put the name of the winner at the end of the post? Or are you being sneaky and intentionally withholding? hehe!
I was wondering that too!
I clicked over from Google Reader to see what it said because her signature made it look like she was the winner! :) Ha.
I’m hoping to win! The necklaces were posted on all sorts of fashion blogs so when I clicked over, the sale had sold out.
Lovely party deco. Happy birthday Miss Hannah!
Happy birthday to her! Your decorations looked super cute!
She is such a doll. And you did such a great job with the party! Love the bunting and the balloons and those cute cute cupcakes :) Happy 8th Birthday Hannah!
Looks like an awesome party! Hannah is so cute!! Sorry about the lens though, that really sucks :(
It looks like it was a lot of fun! But if pregnancy makes you clumsier, I’m going to have to stop touching anything breakable when I’m pregnant… I’m already so klutzy as it is!
Oh NO! I’m always afraid I’m going to drop my camera. Hopefully you can get a new one soon! But it was an adorable party. :)
Your awning skirt is being showcased on GLAMOUR.com!! (Just in case you didn’t already know)

Hannah’s party WAS a hit and super cute! I loved the colors, balloons, place settings, all of it! And, Sam had so much fun celebrating with everyone. Thanks! What a big year for Hannah… I can’t believe I’ll be doing the same for Sam in a couple short months! Our little girls aren’t so little anymore.
Sounds like an amazing party. I love how color full it all looks, might steal this idea for my little one’s 6th birthday party!
It was such a great party! I’m going to miss your fancy get-togethers. =( Happy Happy birthday sweet Hannah! So excited for the next big event on Saturday.
