nutter.

Yesterday I threw caution, and probably my own self interest to the wind and wore a cardigan and my riding boots.  I don’t care that it was 100 degrees.  It’s October, and that means it’s fall, and that means I get to wear my riding boots.  Never mind the fact that I’m pregnant and already hotter than usual, or that everyone wearing summer clothes in Hobby Lobby looked at me like I was a nutter.  Inside my house, with my boots on, the AC blasting and my pumpkin spice candle lit, it felt like October.  Being a bit uncomfortable for the rest of the day was well worth it.  Obviously, sense isn’t one of my strong suits.
Also, while writing this post, I realized that practically everything I’m wearing came from Target.  I think it’s been awhile since I professed my constant and undying love for that store so let me reaffirm to you all, that for me Target is like the promised land.  I’d probably live there if they’d let me, and you know what, I’d have everything I need.
Dress: Target (similar here.) Cardigan: Target (old similar here) Boots: Target (old but similar here and something worth splurging on here.) Belt: Target. Bag: Nine West (similar here.)

  9. Our weather is doing the same thing, today 81 degrees, this weekend 65 degrees. I have firmly planted myself in Fall though, I don’t care what the weather gauge says!

You are too cute Cori and I love your outfit on your today! I’ve just accepted the fact that it’s still summer here in Florida and I have a longer opportunity to wear my summer clothes. Hopefully, over the next few weeks we’ll both get some cooler weather.
