Not very often, but every once in awhile, I surprise even myself. Like when I bought myself these leopard pants, and then actually liked/wore them. I think that’s important in life, leaving room to surprise yourself. Not taking things like getting dressed too seriously. Trying something new, different. I try really hard to do that, to have a little fun with what I’m wearing and doing in life.

A little bird told me the Kate Spade surprise sale is happening as we speak, and, oh my goodness, the pieces they have are out of control. (Like amazing $450 dresses on sale for $150, and $300 handbags for $99. swoon.)
