Can’t go wrong with a gunmetal skirt paired with something uber feminine.  Like a drapey bow blouse, for instance.  Speaking of which, have you seen WhoWhatWear’s new line for Target.  Dying.

I snagged this one right away because it was so me, and basically I’ve never met a bow top I didn’t like…
