Can you tell I’m on a pink kick this week? I mean what is the deal? I’m like, all pink all the time right now…please and thank you. I just curated this gorgeous pink layered top for the shop. If you’re looking for a lightweight blush option for the spring, this is the one for you…
So, I’m currently in Dallas missing my husband and babies like crazy, but staying in a really pretty hotel downtown and getting to hang out with some great friends who I haven’t seen in way too long. Blogging conferences (yes there is such a silly thing) are weird. Especially when you’re an extroverted introvert like me, if that makes any sense at all. (?) Once I’m friends with someone it’s the easiest thing in the world, but put me in a room with a bunch of people and I don’t know anyone, and it’s like social anxiety to the 10th degree. Although that’s probably everyone… who likes walking into a room with a ton of people where it feels like you’re the only one who doesn’t know anybody?
Also, I’m currently typing this while the lights in my room keep fading off and on. This has no relevance whatsoever to my post, but I feel like it should be noted because it’s quite comical. Apparently the whole floor is having lighting issues, and I’m just sitting here trying to work with the lights flickering in and out… perhaps I’ll just go to bed. ;-)
PS. You know that thing where you try on 800 pairs of designer jeans and then end up finding the perfect pair at Target for less than thirty. Yeah, that’s totally these jeans… Target man. Never lets me down.
Love everything about this post. “Extroverted-introvert”…That’s totally me, too. I may have to steal that phrase! Ha ha!
Love this color!
Extroverted Introvert. Yes! I am just like this. I can talk to someone I know for hours but I hate rooms with lots of people and having to talk to strangers!
so glad I’m not the only one… ;-)
Cori, I recently purchased a pair of jeans from Target that I absolutely LOVE! They are made by Levi, which normally doesn’t fit me very well. The tag says they are “Denizen for Levi’s” and they are a pull-on crop. I have never worn a pair so comfortable and slimming. The best part is for the “vertically challenged” girls like us, they are the perfect length. In fact, not crop at all. I am 5’0″, 105 lbs. My description really doesn’t do them justice. The next time you’re in Target, try on a pair and see if you agree.
oh I can’t wait to try them! thank you!
Love that shade a pink! You look great <3
Blessings,
