Best of the Shopbop Event of the Season Sale.

One of my favorite sales of the year started today!  I know the Nordstrom anniversary sale gets all the attention, but the Shopbop Event of the Season sale is so, so good.  Between 20-25% off depending on how much you spend, this is the time to stock up on those great wardrobe staples for your capsule, a new handbag, those designer sunglasses you’ve been saving for, or a new pair of boots for fall.

All things Madewell.  Did you know that Shopbop carries Madewell?  Not a secret here that I have a deep and abiding love for this brand.  I always stock up on Madewell items for the new season during this sale.  This amazing sweater I featured last week is on sale.  Obviously I always stock up on my favorite tees, and the long sleeve version too.  My favorite loafers are on sale, and I love love love these booties. I am obsessed with this mossy sweater coat.  My favorite overalls of all time are included in the sale too, and so is the backpack I carried all over Europe.  Here are a few more of my current favorites:

Denim.  Shopbop carries great denim brands at every price point from BlankNYC (under $100) to Madewell, Levis, to AG.  I pick up a lot of my pricier denim during Shopbop sales.  My favorite high waisted Levi’s (size up, they run small!) that I have been wearing non-stop are included in the sale, these AG skinny jeans are the best quality and super versatile. Handbags.  You guys know I love my Tory Burch handbags and they are all on sale right now.  Wallets too!  Tory Burch bags go on sale very rarely, so if you have been waiting to invest in one, now is the time.  This is a really pretty, mom friendly bag, and great for travel too.  Zac Posen bags are also on sale right now, I just picked up this amazing handbag/backpack and I am obsessed with it.  And of course, Madewell’s bags are on sale.  They make the prettiest, most functional mom-friendly bags ever.  more pretty handbags on sale:

Shoes and Boots.  Shopbop carries a lot of great shoe brands, from Madewell to Sam Edelman to Sorel boots, and even designer shoes as well if you are looking to invest in Stuart Weitzman OTK boots, you will never find them this marked down again.  A few of my favorite shoes and boots on sale:
