Everywhere I look this season I see pumpkin spice. It’s like it’s fall’s favorite color this year, and I am so excited, because it is literally one of my all-time favorite colors to wear. And I swear, it looks good on everyone.
You know what I love about pumpkin spice (or burnt orange, rust, paprika, or any of the other names given to this magnificent color), it’s delicious. Seriously. It is such a warm, rich, yummy color. You look at it and immediately it’s visions of hayrides, and pumpkin patches, apple cider, candles, raking leaves, sipping cocoa, plaid… see what I mean? It puts you right in that fall mood.
And everyone knows, that the fall mood is the best mood of all.

Turtleneck Sweater: This is literally the fall sweater of my DREAMS. It is so soft and gorgeous and the color is so rich.
Black Plaid shirt: you know I love all things Madewell and they are killing it with their plaids this fall, and so much pumpkin spice in their fall line up. My little brain is on overload. I love the subtle orange stripes incorporated into the black plaid.
Floral Bandana: I have this bandana and I love all the warm fall colors in the florals. There’s little hints of pumpkin spice, olive and mustard. Basically, it’s the perfect fall bandana.
Wool Beret: As I have said before, I know that not everybody is on board with the beret thing, but oh, how I love them and this rusty one is so much fun and only $10. So if you were wanting to try out the trend without a huge investment, this is a great option.
Coat: this coat is so gorgeous, I love the rich orange color, and classic structure. It’s so pretty and will really give your fall wardrobe a pop.
Wide leg pants: these burnt orange wide-leg pants are one of my favorite purchases I’ve made this fall. Seriously, they are so fun. Fabulous high waist, cropped length (I still had to have mine hemmed) and gorgeous rich color. So fun to pair with a plain white tee, sweaters, denim jacket or the plaid shirts I’m linking to here.
Polka dot top: as you can see above, I wasted no time scooping this top up, and every time I wear it I get so many compliments. It is such a cute piece.
Jumper: I love these classic jumpers I’m seeing everywhere lately. Reminds me so much of my childhood!
Scrunchie bandana: how dang cute is this for throwing in your ponytail? I’m loving the bandana tied in the hair look the last few months and this little scrunchie makes it so quick and easy!
Orange Plaid top: I scooped this top right up last week when I spotted it in Madewell, and the girl who checked me out said it was selling like hotcakes. Yeah, that’s because it’s the CUTEST PLAID TOP EVER!
Fringe Scarf: every woman needs this scarf in her closet. Such a gorgeous basic capsule accessory for fall. And the price (literally) cannot be beat. (under $10)
Ruffle sweater: my friend has this sweater and it is so dang cute on. I love the ties and the cute ruffles and the lighter pumpkin shade.
