I’m so excited for today’s one piece multiple ways series because I am styling one of my all-time favorite capsule pieces: the Chambray Shirt. If you don’t have a chambray shirt in your closet, stop what you are doing and add one immediately. I highly, highly recommend this one (it’s the one I’m wearing in this post). The quality, and fit at right on point and the price is awesome. I’ve had multiples of this shirt that have lasted me years and held up beautifully to constant wear. And when I say constant wear, I mean it, because this is one of the biggest workhorse pieces in your closet. There are literally endless ways you can style the chambray shirt, but today, I’m going to show you 12.
Let’s get started!

#1. With a pair of wide-leg crops.
I love wide leg crops, and these pumpkin ones are perfect for pairing with a chambray shirt. I tied it at the waist for a little more fun and to highlight the high waist, and then threw on a neck bandana.

#2: With a plaid skirt and OTK boots.
This buffalo check skirt is from last year, but I found some cute similar options. I love dressing up my chambray shirt by pairing it with skirts, and I threw on this puffer vest so the whole look would feel a little more outdoorsy.

#3: Over a dress.
I love throwing a chambray shirt over a cute fall dress and making it look like a skirt. Just another fun way to use the pieces in your closet better! This dress, as you can probably guess, is on repeat. I am obsessed.

#4: With some statement pants.
Just because your closet is versatile doesn’t mean it’s boring. Your pieces can be worked and reworked while still making a statement and be fun. I picked up these fun plaid pants earlier this season and I’ve already styled them several different ways. They’re always so fun to wear, and here I’m styling them with, you guessed it: a chambray shirt.

#5: With Camo pants.
Camo seems to go with everything, and so does a chambray shirt, so these two are a match-made in heaven. Throw on some slides and a favorite hat. (See 12 ways to style these camo pant here.)

#6: With a Coatigan.
Picked up this perfect coatigan the other week and I love how it pairs with the chambray shirt. Easy cozy look for fall and winter.

#7: With the classics.
A little nod to the French on this one, because, it’s me. I styled it with a classic trench, black jeans, and threw on a beret and a scarf to finish the classic look.

#8: With a graphic sweatshirt.
I love a good sporty look, so for this one I paired the chambray shirt with a graphic sweatshirt, and then threw on my new Fitflop shoes. Fun, casual and comfy for running around town.

#9: Canadian Tuxedo with a long sweater.
I always love a good Canadian tuxedo, so I’ll show you a few ways to up-style that pairing. First with a long sweater! Fun and casual.

#10: Canadian Tuxedo, with a leather jacket.
For this one I paired it with a leather jacket and some great booties. Cuff your leather jacket sleeves and let the chambray shirt pop out a little.

#11: Canadian tuxedo with a blazer.
Just adding a little more polish to this one with my favorite classic camel blazer. I cuffed the sleeves on this one as well.

#12: For the outdoors.
Eventhough the weather is turning colder and colder by the day, I still like to get outside. I love layering my chambray shirt with a tissue turtleneck and a puff vest for a day outdoors, hiking and exploring. Leave the shirt partially unbuttoned so you get a pop of the turtleneck.
Chambray is seriously one of the most versatile pieces to own! I love all the different ways you have styled it!

I love this! Chambrays are so versatile, but sometimes I just draw a blank when I pull mine out of the closet.
I am loving how you styled it with those culotte pants in the first photo!
