Hey guys! As most of you know, Hannah is working for me as an intern this summer, (I know, how did she get this old this fast?!) and has been doing an amazing job. We’ve had a ton of fun working together and I can’t believe how much more I’m able to get done with her working with me. It’s seriously like I cloned myself. Anyway, I asked her to put together a round-up of the Nordstrom Anniversary sale kids section, and she did such an awesome job, I thought it would be fun to have her do the write up on the pieces she chose because they are so cute. So without further ado, here’s Hannah!
Hi everyone, Hannah here! This year, I had a ton of fun browsing the kids’ section in the Nordstrom anniversary sale, there were a lot of great pieces. Our family is big on capsule wardrobes (especially for us kids) so I found pieces that I think your kids could mix and match in some different ways.
This mustard top from the girls’ section is so me, it was one of the first pieces that caught my eye. I really love this piece it’s fun, pretty and more grown-up/mature looking (which I kind of need with my height) and is great for older kids. With Ava in mind, I grabbed these Adidas sneakers, Ava loves to play and run around our property and these are definitely sneakers she would love. They are more durable and kid-friendly, but they also look really cute! I loved this jumpsuit which is perfect for the hot summer days, it’s very lightweight. But you can also style it into the fall by adding a cute cardigan or jacket. And I just love this pretty floral print!
This first button-down shirt in the boys’ section was something I knew Ethan would want. He loves to dress nice and always make a good first impression. He can be seen wearing shirts like this every day! So if one of your sons has a more formal style I would recommend this shirt. Carter, on the other hand, has a more relaxed and athletic style, which is why I grabbed this blue baseball tee because he does not like wearing clothes that slow him down, if your son is like this these are the kind of pieces that they’ll actually wear instead of just leaving in their closet. These Adidas shoes are Carter’s favorite shoes, they are super durable (they basically last forever) and comfortable. Plus, they look good with jeans or shorts. This zip-up hoodie is perfect for boys it is great quality, super versatile and goes with a lot of different pieces.
I hope this was able to help you find some fun pieces to get for your kids at this awesome sale. Happy shopping!
