the best over the knee boots.

Wow, I feel like it’s been forever since I’ve done a good old-fashioned outfit post for you guys!  But I had to pop in today and show you guys these boots because they are the BEST over the knee boots ever, and the best part is, they are basically identical to the Stuart Weitzman OTK boots for a fraction of the price.

So, this is my 3rd pair of Steve Madden OTK boots (yes they are that good) and I think this cognac color might just be my favorite.  In the few weeks since I bought these I’ve probably already worn them half a dozen times.  They are so comfortable, easy to break in, not too hard to get on (I have a trick for this, sharing it on my IGTV today) and best of all, they don’t slouch and fall down!!!  Hallelujah!

If you are in the market for OTK boots I highly recommend giving these ones a shot (and this is a great versatile color to try them in.).  If you are petite and thinking that OTK boots won’t work for you, here’s a friendly reminder that I am 4’11” with muscular thighs and they work for me.  I also think they are easier to make work than your classic riding boots because you don’t have to worry about shaft height hitting at the wrong spot around your knee.  They just go up and over!
