I’m really excited about this gift guide for younger kids. Ava helped me pick these pieces out and they’re targeted to kids between 3-8. Lots of fun creative play toys are included here, and a few ideas for outfits and toys to get your kiddos moving! Enjoy!
1. Scooter: Ava loves riding Carter’s scooter and desperately wants one of her own for Christmas. This scooter is perfect once your kids are able to balance!
2. Doll House: This Tree house Dollhouse from Hearth and Hand is honestly so cute and encourage hours of engaged interactive make-believe play.
3. LEGO Friends Friendship House: Ava loves playing with LEGOs for hours on end on weekends and she picked out this fun set all by herself (with a little help from Hannah).
4. Science Kit: This kit is super fun for younger kids interested in science and experiments, and the instruction book has plenty of simple, easy-to-understand instructions.
5. Toy Fire Truck: Cutest little ride-on fire truck, perfect for toddlers.
6. Camper Playhouse: Your kids will love playing in this cool pop-up camper playhouse. Easy to put up and take down. (always a plus for mom.)
7. Play Kitchen: This is another adorable toy from Hearth and Hand, and you won’t mind having it out, because Joanna Gaines designed it.
8. Toy Cash Register: This cash register is super fun and can also help with learning how to count money (mom bonus!).
9. Girl slippers: Your daughter will love these metallic purple slippers, Ava is always wearing hers around the house and she’d love a cute pair like this.
10. LEGO Space Shuttle: LEGOs were Ethan’s absolute favorite toy when he was younger and this set would have probably been his favorite thing ever. Legos are one of the best toys for encouraging engaged creative play for kids.
11. Girls Cable Knit Sweater: This sweater is super cozy and cute for your little one.
12. Girls Unicorn Pajamas: She’ll love these unicorn pajamas.
13. Boys Flannel Shirt: Perfect flannel shirt for your little man.
14. Girls Leggings: Ava has these leggings and loves them so much. They match perfectly with the cable knit sweater.
15. Boys Calvert Boots: These shoes are so cute and also come in brown.
16. Boys Khaki Pants: These pants are awesome because they’ll work with anything from a t-shirt to a nice button-down like the one above.
17. Girls Gold Ballet Flats: Your little one will love these “princess shoes” in Ava’s words.
18. Boys Flannel Pajamas: These pajamas are super warm and comfy for the cold winter nights.
19. Boys Slippers: Aren’t these the cutest little slippers. Everyone’s favorite moccs shrunken down to your son’s size.
These are all great ideas! My son would LOVE that lego set!
