Top. (c/o) Jeans. Wedges. Bag. Sunglasses.

There is nothing I love more than blue and white stripes paired with crisp white jeans, especially in the spring.  It was sunny and warmed up a bit in Connecticut for the last two days so I took advantage of the weather and pulled out my new favorite top.

You would not believe what a steal it is.

For a really long time I avoided tops like this because I’m short and I was worried about anything that would make me look more juvenile or precious. But I’m really glad I stopped avoiding them for such a silly reason.  And anyway, I’ve found that if I pair a top like this with a polished bag and a pair of wedges, it doesn’t make me look like a child at all.  I’m really happy about the stripes and ruffles showing up everywhere this season and I’m going to be rocking them all spring and summer.
