I used to be terrified to wear yellow. Terrified. And then I realized how silly it is to be scared of a color. It can’t hurt you. It doesn’t hide at the end of dark hallways. Once this dawned on me, the wearing commenced in shades from mustard to butter, but never anything this bright. Oh no, I decided to hold off on lemon until I was nice and rotund in the midsection. Because, you know every woman should choose something that makes her legs look like a highlighter pen when she’s 7 months pregnant. It’s just good fashion sense.
And finally, two questions for you: why are so many shades of yellow associated with food, and if I was in fact a lemon, do you think I’d be ripe? I was just wondering…

I love your outfit and I totally agree with you on being scared of wearing yellow. Until this summer I didn’t have yellow in my wardrobe and then I bought a nice yellow tank top and cardigan. I have to say yellow actually makes my skin glow and pinker. You look adorable.

I love this outfit and you look adorable. Every woman deserves to look as good as you do while pregnant! As for yellow, it can be a tricky color but especially if it is not near your face you can be brave and just do it. The risk paid off for you!

Yes! When I was little yellow was my favorite color. Until recently I had given up on it, I think because I began to fear that it was too much. I have just started adding yellow back into my wardrobe!
