From one gravid woman to another, may I suggest… Sub 1/2 cup vanilla non-fat yogurt for the oil in your favorite brownie mix (yes food bloggers, I said MIX), and prepare/bake as usual. Top with a generous schmear of hazelnut cream cheese (Panera makes a good one, though it’s easy enough to make your own). Then top that with your spring/summer berry of choice and MUNCH. Since you used non-fat yogurt it’s totally acceptable to have seconds.. or to have brownie for breakfast. Ya dang right.
