We all know how much I love the color coral, and honesty a great minty blue is a close second. Yesterday, as I was standing over my suitcase trying to think of something to wear (have I mentioned before how much I loathe dressing from a suitcase?) I thought, hm, I love coral, I love mint, why not wear them together? So I did. Coral and Mint. Two of my favorite things. Granted, I felt a bit edible all day, like swirled cotton candy, but sometimes it’s good to be a little edible.
Did you know that when you have movers come to your house and pack you up to move you it takes like 3 weeks to get your stuff? True story. Trust me, I know this. This is the 3rd time we’ve had movers come and move our stuff across a couple states. We’re chronic nomads. Anyways, this means me, Mr. Husband and the 3 littles are kicking it in a hotel room until our stuff arrives sometime between July 20th and 25th. Awesome. Had I been given a bit more warning than a week, I would have used this as an opportunity for another 30 for 30. However, given the rushed state in which we exited our former residence, I basically threw everything I thought I might want to maybe have an inclination to wear in the next month into a suitcase, and was done with it. This resulted in over-packing and under-inspiration each day as I’m getting dressed. Which ends in a similar scene every morning. Me scratching my head over my suitcase and mentally counting down the days until the rest of my closet arrives.

Well I like it…and I love those pants. Ah, I dont think I could live in a hotel room with 4 other people for more than a weekend! Here’s to hoping those 17 days pass quickly :)
