I build, therefore I am.

After a lot of this.

 And a little of that.

And a lot of sanding, staining and finishing.
I got this.
A lovely rustic dining room table with one wobbly leg.

Bummer.
I spent about an hour like this.
Seriously annoyed that I decided to forgo wood glue. (big mistake, Cori)

And then I decided, oh well, I’ll just build it again.
And next time it will be better.

Trying hard isn’t always a guarantee that things will work out in life.
The trick is to never give up.
And I’m obstinate.  So that works for me.

  7. Cori, turned out fab… really awesome. And don’t worry about the one wobbly leg. The benches I built to go with my Farmhouse table were a tad bit different on leg lengs so there is a little bit of wobble goin’ on but as soon as I get that wood planer I will be goin’ to work:):):)
    Love you sis,

Go Girl! The table is beautiful. Is there not a way to sturdy up the one leg vs building a completely new table? It looks amazing…I would make it work :)

I don’t know if I am more impressed with the finished table (beautiful!) or the pic of you using the table-saw. I haven’t attempted that tool yet! Great job!
