Last night when I got home from class, my husband had washed the car (I hate washing the car) and vacuumed the car (I really hate vacuuming the car) just for me. And trust me, that was a labor of love because I had yet to clean it since returning home from our holiday trip and road salt and pretzels make a big big mess. When I walked in the door there was a trail of white flowers into the library where my 4 favorite people were waiting with a big plate of homemade oatmeal cookies, just for me. I took the biggest one off the plate while Ethan told me over and over again, “Only one mom.” Thank you darling, for watching my waistline.
