Do you know what’s even better than rediscovering exactly how much I love and adore the Pacific Northwest? Watching my kids be just so so happy here. I keep thinking about how it was living here before. It’s strange to leave a place and then get to come back. Strange but really wonderful. It really gives you perspective on just how much you’ve changed, just how much your kids have grown, how your marriage has evolved and gotten better- things you normally don’t notice in the everyday– like leaving for summer break in between grammar school and junior high, every boy comes back two inches taller and with a mini man voice. How does that happen so fast? That’s what life feels like to me lately. Just flying by in a wonderfully busy blur. I keep stopping to take a breath and a look at the little people who surround my everyday and realizing they really are getting to be not so little anymore. Growing up is kind of an exponential experience I think. They are babies for ever and then suddenly Hannah wants to wear lipgloss…
The days are short and the years are shorter.
I’m going to savor every. single. minute.
Or at least I’ll try.
It’s 114 in Arizona today :(
I wish I had those pants, so cute!!!

That outfit is right up my alley. I like how those Target flats don’t come up too high in the back. I wish more shoemakers would do that. I may try out those sunglasses as well.
I think a lot of us would know if you changed your beauty/hair routine at all. Wondering if you are still using the City Block…
Pretty pictures! I love your bag!
