A day at the beach in the PNW in April means something very different than a day at the beach in Florida or SoCal. It means chilly winds, and layers. Still majestic, but not exactly sunbathing weather. This jersey hoodie was perrrrfect on the beach this weekend, first as a coverup and then thrown over a t-shirt with a pair of jeans, and then under a jean jacket. That’s a multi-tasker.
We had the loveliest weekend in Seaside Oregon. The sunshine was abundant and we flew kites, swam (in the hotel’s heated indoor pool) swung on the beach swings, ate ice cream, rode the carousel, and built sand forts. (Castles are for squares.) Just kidding. ;-)
It was a brilliant weekend with my favorite people in the world. I sure do love the Pacific Northwest.
