Happy Monday everyone! Can you believe the weekend is over all ready?
When I first started blogging years ago, blazers were really starting to come back, and I fell absolutely in love. It still took me a couple years to invest in a good one, though. Mostly because petite blazers that actually fit are kind of hard to find.

This is kind of the story of my life when it comes to getting dressed though. I see a style I like, and then I look 5 times longer than the average girl for one that will fit my petite frame. So when I do find a great piece, like this amazing petite red blazer, I like to share.
Here’s what I love about this one:
It’s extremely well made, and I love the striped lining. The shoulders aren’t too wide or boxy, and the fit overall is just really good. The arms aren’t too long and they aren’t too tight either. I have thicker arms and I hate it when I try on a blazer and the arms are so tight! But they also aren’t so loose that they look sloppy. I love that its a good true red, perfect for layering all fall and winter, and I think it’ll look super cute in the spring with a white a-line skirt and a navy breton striped shirt. I can’t wait to pair it with my black lace dress for Christmas time too. And of course I love it with this perfect plaid shirt which will be on repeat all through the winter season.
If you are petite like me and have trouble finding pieces that work, my favorite brands for petite clothes that are actually petite are:
J.Crew, J.Crew Factory, Banana Republic, Loft, and ASOS.

more great blazers.
