Saturday morning bright and early we drove down to one of my favorite little towns on the shore of Lake Washington, Kirkland. It’s got a pretty little marina with dozens of boats parked and lots of little shops and restaurants just a few blocks in from the water. Pretty sidewalks and quiet streets make it the perfect place to explore and spend a slow Saturday morning.
I feel like I pretty much oscillate between wanting to wear all the colors and being a little neutral obsessed. There’s just something so chic and understated about an all-neutral outfit. Especially in the spring when you can pull out all the nude wedges and soft flowy blouses and pair them with your favorite distressed jeans. This is the second pair of BlankNYC jeans I’ve bought and I am obsessed. I love the fit and how soft they are, but the distressing is my favorite.
Besides wedges, I’ve currently got white midi dresses, and neutral handbags on the brain to. I picked up a new Michael Kors handbag a few weeks ago. I hadn’t bought one in years, and my old one had a really soft leather so it’s not my favorite because it’s gotten really floppy with age and I just prefer a stiffer more structured handbag. But the saffiano leather is so much stiffer and just holds it’s shape beautifully, so I’m such a fan of his Selma bags. (I kind of want one in like 3 different colors… haha)
