We’ve been yo-yoing back and forth between gorgeous sunny spring days and cold rainy ones for the last week and I am so glad that we’re getting at least a little taste of spring weather. The other day when I was out on our property, I saw some green leaves starting to sprout on a couple of our trees, so I have high hopes that a real spring is not far behind.
I love getting dressed in the spring, don’t you? Lighter layers, pretty prints, brighter colors. I think my favorite trend this season is floral embroidery. And it’s everywhere! Not just on tops, it’s on jackets and dresses, jeans, handbags and even shoes. I was browsing Nordstrom’s new arrivals the other day when I spotted this top, and I couldn’t resist. It’s practically my spirit animal. ;-)
Nordstrom has so many pretty embroidered pieces right now, and they are perfect for the spring season. And now that we live out in the country, I’m really appreciating the fast and free shipping. ;-)
