Can I just tell you how much I love love love having an almost 2 year old.  She’s just this chubby little person who follows me around all day everyday, being cute and spunky and funny, and I cannot get enough of her.  We bought some pumpkins for the front porch the other day, and Ava’s been obsessed with her little mini one ever since.  This morning after we waved the other three off to the bus stop she insisted we bring it in from the front step so she could set it on the edge of the bathtub and stare at it while she bathed.  I could not stop laughing.  She’s also dropped it probably two dozen times in the last two days, which makes me wonder if it is in fact some kind of super pumpkin, because it should have long since broke, but it’s somehow, miraculously, still intact.

Baby-proof pumpkins.  I’m all about that.

Can you believe it’s Thursday already?  I swear, time is speeding up.

Also, please acknowledge the smee hat has made it’s first appearance of the season.  Life just went up another notch.
