1. Thank you for all the pledges and the sweet words about my brother. That boy is incredibly special, and I’m beyond happy that you all got a chance to see a glimpse of how amazing he is. I am so so lucky to be his sister.

3. We took the littles to see “We Bought a Zoo” last night (yes, on a school night-gasp!-). I feel like the preview didn’t do that movie any kind of justice, because initially I didn’t have any desire to see it, even with Jason Bourne in it. Let me just say I was wrong. The movie is amazing. It’s seriously one of the best I have ever seen. I was weeping like a little girl when the credits rolled and it took me a good 2 minutes before I could get under control. Now all I want to do is find some zoo out in the country and buy it.
Heck, I’ll settle for a working blueberry farm.
As long as there are chickens.
I should have known that Matt Damon would never let me down.

Also, I love the Washington-y scene in the background. I grew up in a small town north of Seattle and that so reminds me of home.

I’ve had good luck with white pants at Loft. The are BR and they are lined which is fabulous because they aren’t see through.

Ooh, I just knew that you would be a Matt Damon admirer too! We are “kindred spirits” you and I. I watch everything he’s in, if it’s not rated R, and have not been disappointed yet! Tried to get Whit to see that last night with me, but, we went to The Vow instead. You were right, it was a let down. Curse that $10.75 movie price tag!!
