Warning, I’m going to act like a gushy mom for a minute.
So my baby. She’s not crawling or anything yet, but she’s rolling around like a champ, in a way that if she wants a toy and it’s across the room, she can roll all the way over and grab it. She spends all day sort of sing/jabbering to herself and it is literally the cutest noise I have ever heard. She’s getting so big and so adorable and I love it, but I also want to lay down on the ground kick my legs and cry every time she does something new. Nooooo! You’re supposed to stay an infant much much longer! I have to make a concerted effort not to glare at people who remind me that she’s “getting so big.” No, no she’s not. She’s still very very tiny. A newborn in fact. But really she’s not. She’s a bright eyed, chubby toed, squishy cheeked ball of jabbering joy that we’re all pretty much obsessed with.
And that, my friends, is that.
So this top, is ridiculous isn’t it? Colorblocked, boatneck, slouchy tee in navy and mint with an exposed zipper in the back. It’s like Target just knew all my favorite things to wear and then wrapped them into one perfect shirt. I bought a small (because that’s the smallest size they had in stock) and it still fits like a dream. Also, you should know that I’ve been really obsessed with three things this spring: These neon pumps: they are turning out to be way more versatile then I imagined. My white blazer: but ug it needs to be dry cleaned every other week- boo. And these cat-eye sunglasses that I got for $7 at H&M. Did you get that? Seven dollars. It may sound funny, but when you’ve got 4 littles with a talent for scratching sunglasses, you become a connoisseur of inexpensive eye wear.

I have the same shirt, except in red! I have to tell myself not to wear it every day cuz I like it so much. Great minds. . . I love the haircut! It looks so bouncy now! I bet it feels so light!! Why in the world is that baby growing at all!! I’m wishing here right along with you. She is a pure bundle of baby deliciousness.

I know what you mean. My baby is now 10 months old and I keep wondering myself how did the time go by so fast???!! I see his pictures from a few months ago and he looks like a different babby, they grow so fast, it is not fair! :)

This outfit is wonderful! My daughter just turned two yesterday and I can’t believe she’s so old. Love the heels! I bought a pair of bright coral heels and can’t wait for the weather to turn around to wear them!
