If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s this:  I’ve got a real weakness for all things French.  This didn’t just develop over the last few years either, when colorful macaroons became all trendy and stuff.  Oh no, it dates way back to 9 years old when I begged my mom to get me a real black beret for Christmas  (the one and only thing I wanted) and  then I legit wore it every single day to 5th grade. (and yes I wore it like this.) My teacher must have thought I was such a weirdo.  I also studied French in college, thinking that if I did it might result in a trip to Paris.  (Still hasn’t happened.  Ah, someday…)  I adore French films, and I used to watch them without the subtitles, juuust to see if I could actually understand what they were saying.  (Only sometimes)  And now, I’ve put my 3 oldest littles in French class, because if you are going to learn a second language, it should be French.  Obviously.  So once upon a time, last Thursday when I drove over to drop them off at their first lesson, I accidentally did so wearing this sweater, and then when I realized it I thought what a giant nerd I must have looked like to their native speaking French teacher.  Such a wanna be.

Can you say faux pas?

I LOVE this! Might I ask what size you ordered? I don’t feel like measuring myself to figure out the European equivalent to a small so I figured I would just guestimate based on what you are wearing lol

      I ordered a size 2. It’s a roomy sweater, but that’s the smallest size they carry. ;-)
