Guys, I’m obsessed with overalls and I’m not even ashamed of it.  Of all the 90’s trends to come back in style over the last couple years, this is my vary favorite.  And I know wearing heels with them is probably some big fashion no-no but I can’t stop myself.  It feels so awesomely unexpected.  Plus, I’m convinced I can wear these pink heels with just about anything and get away with it.  Don’t tell me if it isn’t true…

By the way, I bought this Gap long sleeved tee in two different colors because it’s fabulous and I’m so glad I did.  It’s a great top.  Lightweight enough for summer, and will transition into fall nicely.  Also, it’s boatneck (which is my favorite) but not so wide that my bra straps are hanging out.  Tricky balance, but Gap nailed it nicely.

Would you like to know how I pull off white overalls with 4 kids in tow without looking like a hot-my-white-pants-are-stained-mess?  Well, I’ll tell you.  I keep a tide pen on my person at all times.  Now that Ava’s 100% potty-trained, (Hallelujah!) I pretty much never have wipes on hand anymore (why?  I don’t know, because they come in really handy) But a tide-pen?  I don’t leave home without it.  Those babies can get just about anything out of anything.

So there you go.  My somewhat helpful hint for your Tuesday.

Can you believe that July is almost over??  This year is FLYING by.
