summer nordstrom try-on.

Hey guys!  How’s your week going?  I’ve got a fun little summer Nordstrom try-on for you today.  There are so many cute things right now, I’m especially loving these striped pants you’ll see below, and all amazing summer pieces from Madewell they’ve got right now.

Not a huge fan of fit on these pants and I found they run a little big, not terrible, just okay.  Wearing a 25. The top is super cute, but not online yet.  Love the soft pink and blue stripes.  (I’ll keep an eye out for it to come online.)

This top is fantastic for summer.  Super lightweight and easy to wear.  I love the longer length on the sleeve, it’s really cute.

Okay, these pants are EVERYTHING!  I am literally obsessed with them.  The fit is so good on them, they are super soft and comfy, the high waist is really flattering and I swear they make me look taller. (Not an easy feat.). I grabbed this cute buckle bag and I love it paired with them, and I think they’re super cute paired with these leopard sandals.   The taupe color makes them a great capsule piece.

This t-shirt dress is a little shorter than I normally go but it would make a really cute swim cover-up or just casual piece for running around town.

I wanted to love this dress so much, because I love anything 30’s inspired, the color is gorgeous and I love the print.  BUT!  The fit was hideous. It really highlighted my mom pooch (no, thank you for that) the darts were crazy low and too big and the wrap on the neckline puckered oddly around the snap.  It might work if you are tall with a long torso?  Sad that the fit was so off on this.

Okay, last piece, is this awesome C’est la vie graphic tee.  I love it so much.  It’s like the softest tee I’ve ever tried on, I love the simple black type and it’s one of my favorite sayings.  It would be a perfect tee for travel, with these leggings, or paired with these jeans for running around.  You could also pair it tied up with a skirt.  I’m wearing the small and I came home with this tee.
