The hearth & hand holiday line from Target is so darling this holiday season, I had to do a round-up of my favorites. I’ve seen a bunch of these in store and they’re even prettier in person. The quality is fantastic and the prices are better. I’m loving all the classic greens, textures, patterns and how beautifully everything coordinated together.
