When Mr. Husband leaves town I like to stay busy. It makes it easier to not think about how bad I want him to come home when I’m up to my elbows painting a room, or building a table, sewing a dress. So when he told me that he would be spending a lot of time in Philadelphia over the next few weeks, I really hoped that at least a few of you would be interested in buying a skirt from me, so I could think about making you something totally lovely instead of being homesick for him the whole time.
