Have you had a chance to put your kids’ Easter baskets together yet? Easter Sunday is just over a week away (can you believe it’s already basically April??), and I feel like the holiday, along with all the spring things sneak up on me every year. Maybe it’s because I go a bit into hibernation mode in the winter, but suddenly I realize my yard needs to be cleaned up, my seed starts need to be planted, my garden prepped, and I’ve got to figure out what I’m putting in my kids’ (all in very different age ranges) Easter baskets.
We’ve never gone too crazy in our kids’ Easter baskets because we like the focus to remain on the holiness of the holiday, but I do love putting together a few fun spring things to surprise them on Easter morning. It was so easy when they were little to fill an Easter basket, some candy, a stuffed bunny, and some bubbles and they were happy as clams. Teens on the other hand, not quite so easy. I’m know you mamas know what I mean… so, I’ve rounded up some fun Easter basket ideas for kids and teens below. I hope it helps make the process of filling their Easter baskets easier for you.
